After years of waiting, “Finding Nemo” fans are finally getting a taste of what the movie’s sequel, “Finding Dory,” has in store.
Ellen DeGeneres, the voice of Dory, tweeted a link to the movie’s first trailer Tuesday.
The movie doesn’t hit theaters until June 17, 2016, but fans are already excited.
And they aren’t just young moviegoers.
“I think I’m more excited than my kids!!!!” one YouTube commenter said. “Can’t wait!!”
“I feel like that 7 year old kid who sat and watched this in the cinema all over again,” another fan said. “I don’t think I’ve ever been as excited for a movie in my life.”
The first trailer for Pixar’s Finding Nemo sequel, Finding Dory, has arrived and it’s bringing Ellen Degeneres’ lovable sidekick from the first film to the forefront. And we couldn’t be more excited.
In it we see the very forgetful Dory having her first memory (Pictures! Inside her head! That she’s seen before! Before! That means not now!) which has something to do with her family (when we met her in Nemo she was flying solo). Obviously this means we need another deep sea adventure. Will the Fish Anonymous sharks and the surfer turtles be back? We can only hope.
