Emmerdale star Lucy Pargeter has breast implants removed after suffering breathing problems for 11 YEARS due to her ‘toxic bags’

Emmerdale star Lucy Pargeter has revealed she’s had her breast implants removed after suffering with breathing problems.

The actress, 42, who plays Chas Dingle in the ITV soap, told how her DD enhanced boobs caused her to have numerous health issues for 11 years.

Lucy even described her assets as ‘toxic bags’ and revealed she ‘couldn’t wait’ to get them out of her body.

Speaking to The Sun, she said: ‘They are out. I’m as flat as a pancake, I look awful but feel good.

‘When I woke up in recovery, the first thing I did was panic because I could breathe – I could take in a massive breath.

‘I thought they were trying to give me too much oxygen – I panicked. I forgot what it was like to have a full lung of air. I mean, it’s amazing – I can breathe.’

The star features in a Dispatches documentary on Channel 4 which investigates women who claim their breast implants are seriously taking its toll on their health.

She shared a before and after video diary for the show, where she described her implants as ‘toxic bags’ and wondered what she was going to look like after the procedure.

Lucy then told how the removal surgery went ‘absolutely fine’, though described her implants as ‘quite deformed’ and ‘encapsulated’.

She went on to say that she feels things are going to be ‘much better’ going forward, having listed joint pain, rashes on her chest, anxiety and pain in her chest and armpits among her previous symptoms.

The soap siren had her first boob job aged 21, followed by a second at 32 and revealed the reason behind them was ‘that old thing called vanity.’

It’s been a tough time for the Emmerdale favourite, who won Best Actress at this year’s British Soap Awards, after she split from her long-term partner Rudi Coleano this year.

It was announced earlier this month that Lucy and fiancé Rudi parted ways after a 12 year engagement and three children.

The former couple share daughters, Lola, 13 and two-year-old twins Betsy and Missy, who were conceived through IVF.

A spokesperson told Digital Spy: ‘Lucy Pargeter has confirmed she has separated from her long term partner Rudi Coleano and while no longer together their main priority is raising their three daughters.’
